General

Any products that have been altered or changed in any way after delivery will not be exchange or refunded. This includes items which have been embroidered.

All communication with Niwa Clothing must include your order number.

All return shipments will be at the cost of the customer.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Product Does Not Meet Your Needs

We are unable to accept return of any goods if they are not defective or damaged.

Damaged Shipments

It is of utmost importance that you inspect your new products thoroughly before accepting and signing for it. Fabric may be delicate and have some parts that may be sensitive to rough handling.

Though the box and/or packaging may appear intact, it is still possible that your product may be damaged. Check for both internal and external damage before accepting delivery. If there is damage, refuse the delivery and make a note on the delivery receipt. The product will be replaced.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. After products have been signed for, you accept that the product does not have transportation damage, you may therefore not return the product for transportation damage at a later stage.

Defective Garments

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon delivery that is not due to shipping damages, please notify us of your intent to return such products to us at info@niwa.co.za within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Items should be returned to us within 30 days of receiving. When returning a purchase, please ensure it is unused and in the original packaging.

Please note that even though we may accept your return, we reserve the right to inspect the returned product and assess your claim. If no defects are found, the original item will be returned to you and no exchange or refund will be allowed

Incorrect Sizing

If you have selected and ordered an incorrect size, you may return it to us within 30 days of delivery for exchange. Please notify us of your intent to return such product to us at info@niwa.co.za within 24 hours of receiving the item.

The product will only be exchanged for another size but will not be eligible for a refund. When returning a purchase, please ensure it is unused and in the original packaging.

Defective after first use

If your item is defective after the first use, please contact us immediately at info@niwa.co.za and include a full description of the defect. Please note that even though we may accept your return, we reserve the right to inspect the returned product and assess your claim. If no defects are found, the original item will be returned to you and no exchange or refund will be allowed
